A thief who steals magical items from bad guys? What's not to love about that? I really enjoyed the storyline through Hexed, both "The Devil I Know" and "The Harlot & the Thief", but I had a bit of a preference for the Emma Rios art in "The Devil I Know". The art of "The Harlot & the Thief" is gorgeous as well, but all the faces of the women are too similar for me. I'm not a huge fan of all the women in something looking the same. Overall a nice mix of some dramatic stories lines mixed with some whimsy.

Oh this was just delightful. This is really more of a masterclass on Emma Rios’ art than the writing. With a big gap between the initial miniseries and the twelve issue macro, you can definitely see her style progress, and it’s super cool to watch. A bit of Constantine environment, a bit of Rat Queens attitude, a whole lot of fun. Definitely worth the cover price.
