Just the idea of being on your own again can be stressful. Heidi Stroud's were in Europe with her ex-husband Lance and his wife Tina. So she has a lonely summer to get through. But her best friend, Michele, offers her a condo in Florida for as long as she needs it. Levi Townsend is a minor league baseball coach. He and some of the players are in Florida for some rehab and physical therapy. He loves the beach, but it’s not much fun hanging out the guys every night who think a good time is getting drunk. Instead, he has his eyes on a woman he had seen come in with another, and when the one wearing a ring left to talk on her phone, he walked over to introduce himself to the one he has wanted to meet. Heidi, who desperately needs a distraction from her endless summer, gives him a hard time, but he jokes with her, makes her laugh, is persistent, and maybe she should give him a chance. Is Levi ready for a summer fling? Or does he already know that he wants much more with this woman? *** Reviewing “LOVE AT FIRST & 35TH” by Debra Elise *** Evie Nolan is a party planner. She sees all kinds of couples in her work environment. Her parents were not a good example for finding love and being part of a couple. But if Evie wants to have a family, she can’t put off finding “the One” any longer. Sam Campbell, 35 years old, is under pressure from his mom about giving her grandchildren. She is tired of waiting. And the only one he is interested in wants nothing at all to do with him. Instead, they bicker back and forth, arguing instead of getting to know each other. But then their friends decide to send them to a cabin by the lake. Sam gathers up his courage and decides he is tired of doing nothing about the sparks he feels. Will he convince her they are meant to be together? Or to at least give a relationship a try? Or will Evie walk out of his life again?

Summer fun. This is just for Tracy Browner’s Endless Summer. For single mom Heidi vacation is definitely time to look around and enjoy the scenery. Especially if that scenery is baseball obsessed Levi. A quick beach read.

I’m lucky to be part of Chelle Rose’s arc team and I had the chance to read her short story Mine and it was a great introduction to a wonderful start for the couple in this book. Sebastian and Skylar are forced upon each other due to circumstances that couldn’t be helped. And how lucky are they? The chemistry between them is instant and you know sparks are going to fly! I won’t say much more apart from the fact I’m glad there will be more from this duo.

I read the story Love at First and 35th by Debra Elise in this anthology. Loved this story. I didn't want to put it down. This story is about Sam and Evie who travel in the same friend group. Sam is an attorney with the prosecutors' office who rarely takes time off to relax. Evie is a party planner who needs some relaxation time. Their mutual friends set them up for a long weekend at a cabin with neither of them knowing. My review is for Endless Summer by Tracy Broemmer. Heidi and Levi - both on vacation in Florida, and their fling is intense. The story is amazing. As a mom who was once divorced, I understand that her kids come first. But it broke my heart for her to keep turning him away. Levi couldn't be more perfect - her age doesn't scare him away, her kids don't scare him away - he just wants the chance to explore the possibilities. I received an ARC for the novella Love at 1st and 35th. I enjoyed it so much it was fun and flirty. Three long years of some chemistry, witty banter, debating and tension. Lots of tension. This is not a love at first sight it is definitely a slow burn. They were both being told they needed to get out there and date and find someone so many meddlesome friends and parents. Somehow they end up spending some much needed time in a cabin away form people cause ya know we all need a vacation sometimes. I received an ARC for the novella Love at 1st and 35th. This review is for Endless Summer by Tracy Broemmer This is a sweet and sexy romance between Heidi and Levi. It's a story of finding a new love and starting over. It's an older woman/younger man sizzling hot romance. They do have some issues to work through on her part. It's well written, moves quickly and smoothly and I enjoyed reading. I did feel it ended a bit too abruptly. I'm hoping to see more of them as the series continues. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. Endless Summer This is a short sweet romance with older divorced Heidi and younger minor league baseball coach Levi. They meet at the beach when she is on vacation while her children are with their dad (her ex) for the summer and Levi is there with some of the team members. It was lust for both of them at first sight but neither one expected it would turn unto so much more. Great read. I read Endless Summer from Tracy Broemmer in this anthology : This was a cute read. It had all the emotions of real life and finding yourself again after divorce. It was full of summer vibes, swoonful moments, and realizing you can love yourself and love again. I wish it had an epilogue or a little more to the ending to see more , but it was still a cute ending. Emoji Summary 👉 🌞 🏖👙 🏐 ⚾️👩‍👧‍👦🍹🧳🔚🔜9️⃣. Love a small town romance. Small towns can add an interesting twist to any romantic story. Great characters with interesting professions that makes the journey to romance and love interesting. Good read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. The review is for the story Endless Summer by Tracie Broemmer. Endless Summer is also tied in to Tracie's new sports romance series, The Timberton Hounds. Love a small town romance. Small towns can add an interesting twist to any romantic story. My review is for Endless Summer by Tracy Broemmer This book was very charming. I hope that we get to see more of them in future stories. Heidi is on a summer vacation while her kiddos are with their dad. She’s staying at her friends house and enjoying the beach. What she wasn’t expecting was to meet the handsome Levi. We follow along as these two start out as a summer fling…but they end up turning into something more. This was entertaining and very sweet. *Review from Booksprout*

This review is for ‘Endless Summer’ by Tracy Broemmer I loved this. Levi and Heidi gave me all the feels. Their relationship felt like something really very special - I do hope that these characters are revisited in a future story as I’d love there to be more of their story ‘in real life’. Beautiful.
