➳ Rate: 4/ 5 stars I knew the beginning of this book was not gonna be easy to read without tearing up, which I did. Reading about how both these two were hurt by what happened sucked. I felt for them, but I can't help but be disappointed in Ben for not just being honest instead of breaking things off with Kaylee. It sucked and it felt unnecessary. There was so much already at play, the breakup felt like something that just happened for the sake of more drama and it didn't really feel right. There was so much already at play, the breakup felt like something that just happened for the sake of more drama and it didn't really feel right. Of course, that one thing lead to so much more happening in this book, not all bad. I loved the new character that was introduced, I hope we get to see more of him. I'm hoping Lisa has plans to tell his story. I really liked his and Kaylee's friendship, even though I didn't like how Kaylee used him to mess with Ben. Anywho, the whole move was important for Kaylee and her career. I'm glad she finally did something that was just hers. And the separation did help Ben figure some important things out by himself, which really helped Kaylee once she finally told him her news. That was such a good scene. Lisa will make you hate some characters even more than before. I like how she answered some lingering questions and worked all those bad people out of the way, while also managing to somewhat redeem one of them. What I was also a little disappointed at was Ben's mother not appearing in this book. I would have liked to see them continuing to work towards a better relationship. Overall, this was a sweet, heartwrenching, and lovely conclusion to this series! I love Kaylee and Ben's tumulous but fun and heartwarming journey. These two had my heart. I hope we get to see lots of them in the next series because I know there will be one. We haven't seen the last of the Vegas Aces. ➳ARC kindly provided by the author, in exchange for an honest review. ➳ Order at: Amazon US ➳ Follow me on: Instagram ⁕ Facebook ⁕ Tiktok

A LONG unrewarding ride So I gave the other books 3 stars, reserving my actual feelings until the conclusion. The whole ex and blackmail and stripper (and can we all say wtf at giving the girl who he's hooked up with multiple times and who made horrible, false accusations about him, a job with his wanna be woman's sil? I'm sorry, what? ) was just so convoluted, obvious and ridiculous that I honestly should have stopped reading then. We get the hea, finally, when this really could have been all put into one book, or at least just two, but it was so long in the making and so unsatisfying (sure, wait a few months after you leave her high and dry and take horrible potshots you know will hurt her the most and then just say oh, yeah, I'm an idiot, sorry and everything is bam all better? Nope. I was rooting for Cooper) that you are left with a bad taste in your mouth when you realize all the time you put into this series for that disappointing ending.

This Vegas Aces couple became the one that captured my heart more than the others, but also had me tied up in knots through a good part of this book. What else would I expect from this talented author and one of my favorite queens of angst, Lisa Suzanne. With her stomach dropping twists and turns, there is never a dull moment on the rollercoaster ride her stories can take you on and for me- willingly buckled in tight, no matter what. Despite their collective fears- him, was he really good enough to deserve her sweet love and her, was she willing to give up her lifelong dream for a forever with him, Kaylee and Ben had decided their love was worth standing up for, vanquishing whatever barriers that stood in their way. That's what I had to keep on reminding myself as I contemplated the one burning question left in everyone's mind at the end of book 4, Tight Laced and only the Q of A knew what the outcome of this soul crushing cliffie was going to be. What was in store for Kaylee and Ben when their future looked so bleak? Only time would tell, but oh my aching heart as I read on to discover the answers. There were a few outstanding monkey wrenches being tossed around and I wondered what kind of damage they would do  if one of them hit its mark. One of my favorite secondary characters throughout this series was Ben's sassy gramma. She was one of the stars of their story and I loved the wit and wisdom she snunk in whenever and wherever it was needed. Ben's Dad flew under the radar with his quiet way and gentle presence and was another character I enjoyed in this story. He always knew when Ben needed him and when to back off so he could figure things out his own way as well. Those villains you loved to hate? Well, stay tuned and get ready to jump for joy as they go down hard for their many sins. Revenge is sweet and so much fun to watch! Were you looking for touching moments, shockers and drama? They're here too, waiting to give you thrills and chills as Ben and Kaylee find their way to a happily ever after in this intensely emotional final book. I can only hope that Lisa Suzanne writes more in her Vegas Aces series so I can return to to this world and watch this wonderfully entertaining extended Dalton family continue to grow and delight readers with their shenanigans, humor and love for each other. How lucky I felt to be given an early copy of this final book to read and review.

Lisa does it yet again with her gripping storyline and characters that have you wanting more. She has me riding an emotional rollercoaster throughout this whole series. At the end of the previous book, things did not go as planned for their happy day. Kaylee was left heartbroken and alone. Why did Ben leave her? Can she get over what happened? When she decides to start her life over again but does it really? Can she forget about Ben? Will her new job and situation be fulfilling enough for her? Ben was left with no other choice but to walk away. His life was turned upside down by the information that he found out. Will he be able to get his life back on track? Will the news of Kaylee leaving have him regretting his decisions? Can he get her back or is it too late? Will he listen to everyone's advice and accept their help or try and deal with everything on his own? Tight End will have you sitting on the edge of your seat wondering if things will work out. I highly recommend this series as you will love Kaylee and Ben's story. The two of them go through so much together as well as in their past. The way that they got. together and hiding it from her family was perfect

Ben and Kaylee’s story is very engaging, but the ending is anticlimactic. At least, as far as, I see it. I don't know, I felt let down. I was wanting there to be, more of a dramatic way, for Ben, to have to win her back. Kaylee made it too easy. Yes, I get that she is PG, she’s homesick, and she loves him. However, this is the same man who left her at the alter with no explanation, used the words he knew would cut you to the wick, and said he never wanted to bend on having kids. It would be great for us, to be able to see the beginning of his career, and the ending. To see what he is thinking, when he is with, Haylee. Starting from the moment they meet, as well as after when he finds, his happiness. Just a thought. Overall, I did enjoy the book a lot. It is intense in certain places. Make sure you have tissues on hand because there, are moments for which there will be tears. Start with Luke’s, then move on to Jake's, and Kaylee’s story it gives a better understanding of what, and who they are talking about. Otherwise, the timeline will be off, also.

If I Could More Than 5* I Would!!! Outstanding!!! Not only is the final book in the The Vegas Aces: Tight End series but the whole series was phenomenal. I highly applaud Ms. Suzanne’s ability to write a book(s) where I felt invested in her characters. It was done with steam, betrayal, drama and humor thrown in at just the right times. Based on the previous four books, I knew going in to brace myself for a roller coaster. We pick up at the wedding. but our groom has runoff. We should not be surprised, Kaylee and Ben have not had an easy go at this “relationship”. The lies, secrets, betrayal, drama, and disappointments just keep piling up. Kaylee needs to make a tough decision for her future. I wanted to savor this last book, but it was over before I was ready. Ben & Kaylee have been one of my favorite couples by this author. Ben is Trouble with a capital T. He gets his own story with Jack and Luke’s little sister Kaylee in this age gap forbidden romance. IN TIGHT SPOT, BOOK 1: This book opens in the off-season, in roughly March or April. It is about a year and a half since the death of Mr. Dalton, and a little over a year after Jack and Kate began working together. Kaylee Dalton, twenty-two, isn’t happy with the direction her life has taken, and yet she is at a loss as to what to do about it. She has long worked to bring her family together, and after fifteen years of separation, her efforts have finally paid off. With Jack being traded and joining Luke on the Aces last year, and their mother Carol moving down from Michigan, Kaylee decided to follow them all to Vegas after her college graduation. She is now a first-year middle school language arts teacher, and it turns out she picked the wrong career. She has a nice trust fund and doesn’t need the job, but she was raised with a good work ethic and doesn’t want to take the inheritance from her father for granted. She is living with Jack and Kate for now but has been dragging her feet to get a place of her own. Vegas just doesn’t feel like home to her. She has been slow to make friends, thanks in no small part to the shadow that she has long lived in. Kaylee is eleven years younger than Jack and ten years younger than Luke. Her father had coached football, too, so her entire life has revolved around the game. With two successful pro football players for brothers, most people she meets are more interested in her brothers than her. It has made dating a real challenge. Kaylee wants to stand on her own. She wants to have relationships that are not influenced by the fact that she is a Dalton, but that is especially hard in Vegas. With her teaching career in question, she needs to figure out what she wants to do with her life and where she wants to go. She wants to find a purpose and have an impact. One thing she knows for certain, though, is that she will never date a football player. Benjamin Joseph Olson, thirty-two, has put years into building his brand. He is always the life of the party, known for his crazy antics and his penchant for strip clubs. He doesn’t do relationships – he loves drinking, women, and having a good time. He has spent his career being traded from team to team. He met his best friend Jack years ago – they were together in San Diego. They both got traded to the Aces a year ago and helped bring their team a win at the Super Bowl this year. The win helped Ben secure a renewed contract for a second year on the team, but he knows the clock is ticking on his career. He has at least one more year left, but he doesn’t want to think about the future. He cannot picture what comes next because football is his life. He knows he wants to leave his mark when the time comes, but he hasn’t a clue how. Ben is close with his father, who is retired and lives nearby. His relationship with his mother, however, is a little more complicated. She still lives in his hometown in Montana, where Ben owns a four hundred acre ranch. He enjoys spending time there each summer, but he could do without the drama that comes with running into his ex, Tatum. That hadn’t ended well, and a decade later, Ben hasn’t forgotten those hard-learned lessons. For ten years he has honed his image, and his sponsors have bought it up. But Ace’s owner Calvin Bennett’s concern is about public perception. Now that Jack has settled down, Calvin has turned his attention to Ben. With success comes responsibility, and he expects Ben to be a better role model. Ben loves his lifestyle and does not want to give it up. Once the season starts up, Ben feels his skills will keep him safe. In the meantime, though, Ben needs to avoid bad press. After five months of attending Monday night Dalton family dinners, Ben has become much more friendly with Kaylee. With Jack and Luke engrossed with their sons, JJ and Nolan, Ben and Kaylee often end up paired together. Ben has known Kaylee since she was twelve, and he noticed that she was a woman when she turned seventeen. Even now she is too young for him, but when she starts flirting back, their relationship begins to change. He knows Jack will never forgive him if anything happens between them, yet that only makes him want her more. She doesn’t date football players and is just looking for some fun while she figures things out, so they both seem to be on the same page. They plan to keep things casual, but the forbidden nature of their relationship only adds fuel to the fire. This first installment of their story ends with a surprise cliffhanger. It is honestly a bit maddening, and if it weren’t for my faith in the author, I would honestly consider dropping the series here. For now, I suggest you hold on for the rocky ride. IN TIGHT HOLD, BOOK 2: This book picks up exactly where book one ended. It is just a few weeks until the end of the school year. As this story opens, Ben puts his football skills to use when crazy Shannon attempts to blackmail him and Kaylee. He knows how to read a situation and is quick on his toes. They might have escaped Shannon’s blackmail for now, but there is no stopping the rumors of a fake relationship that soon follow. As a result, just as they step into the public eye, the couple must pause and reevaluate their plan. Ben and Kaylee have just figured out what they hope to work on together – a kids’ fitness program. It incorporates their passions and allows them both to make their mark. And as Kaylee winds down her school year and embraces her family connections to begin a career as an influencer, she hopes to raise money for the cause. This triggers some competition between her and Ben, but all is in good fun. Their plans, however, are all up in the air as they try to find their way forward. As things have the potential of getting more serious between the couple, even if only in the public eye, Ben’s fears begin to surface. All this is complicated beyond his control when someone from Kaylee’s past appears. Dane Parker had been Kaylee’s one love, the man she once thought she might marry. He had been a shoulder to cry on when her father died, but Kaylee ended their relationship after college graduation nearly a year ago. Like Ben, Dane didn’t share Kaylee’s dream of a big family, so their breakup was inevitable. Kaylee had no expectation of hearing from him again, so his sudden arrival in Vegas and his subsequent declaration of love takes her by surprise. Dane is ready to offer her everything she wants, while Ben is only offering to keep up appearances for the next five months. With the media’s new interest in Kaylee, things definitely get a little crazy. Ben and Kaylee’s future plans are up in the air as she sorts through what she wants, but Ben has some soul-searching of his own to do. Their story ends with a completely unpredictable twist that can take this story in a variety of directions. IN TIGHT FIT, BOOK 3: As this story opens, Ben and Kaylee find themselves in the ER. They are injured but fortunate that it was not worse. It is the last week of May. Kaylee wraps up the school year, and Ben has big plans to celebrate her last day. A few days later, following her twenty-third birthday, the pair decide to head out to Montana early for some R&R, leaving the city, the paparazzi, and the outside world behind. They are admittedly in love, but they are both acutely aware of the expiration date on the contract. Neither knows what will happen in October when they have to face reality. And the reality is that Kaylee has always dreamed of a big family, and Ben doesn’t see kids in his future. Montana gives them the time and space to consider the possibilities. It also sheds some light on Ben’s hang-ups. Kaylee gets to meet his mother and his ex, Tatum Richards. She also gets to meet Gramma Jean, whose words of wisdom cut to the chase. But all good things come to an end, and when they return to Vegas two weeks later for Jack and Kate’s wedding, the craziness resumes and the outside forces are ready to pounce. The story ends in a cliffhanger as yet another tabloid disaster breaks out. IN TIGHT LACED, BOOK 4: The story opens Friday, June 17, exactly where book three left off. As this story opens, Ben, Kaylee, and Ellie have their work set out for them as they try to save Ben’s image and his career. It doesn’t look like an easy fix, but meanwhile, life goes on. Seeing Jack and Kate’s wedding through Kaylee’s eyes is neat, especially given her secret and very real relationship with Ben. The couple decides to go through with their own wedding during their month-long stay in Montana. The timing makes it a good PR move, but marriage might have been in the cards regardless. But problems begin to creep up for Ben anytime he sees his mom, and since his mom is getting married yet again, this visit is no exception. Ben’s mother and Tatum both want something from him, and he doesn’t want to fall into their trap. Kaylee has her own challenges as she tries to support Ben through it all. She is clearly not a welcome presence in town. The couple enjoys some good times with family at Ben’s home in between visits to town. There are some big surprises - both good and bad – as the story continues. Ben must face some truths he would rather avoid, but it is long overdue. Just as things finally seem to be falling into place, however, a new obstacle to Ben and Kaylee’s happiness presents itself. The story ends in a horrible cliffhanger. IN THIS BOOK: The story opens Saturday, July 3, exactly where book four left off. As the story opens, all are miffed by Ben’s sudden disappearance minutes before he and Kaylee are to exchange vows. Eventually it becomes clear that there won’t be a wedding, so the festive mood and fun family vacation come to a sudden halt. Ben had decided to answer Tatum’s call instead of getting dressed for his wedding, and it sent him into a regression of sorts that did not make a lot of sense. Nevertheless, he created the mess and chose to handle it – or rather not really handle it – in seclusion. Left at the altar, Kaylee realizes that her life is so entangled with Ben’s that she will have reminders of him everywhere in Vegas. The job offer that comes in the next day would take her to San Diego, and it is tempting. She is not sure that running away from her problems is the right answer, but she needs space to find her own way forward, and Vegas is simply too crowded. This is especially true when she follows up with her doctor about the suspected post-concussion syndrome that is behind her nausea. When Kaylee learns that she is pregnant, she knows the best thing she can do for Ben is to leave town. His stance against having children is bad enough, but Kaylee understands that much of it is linked to his fear of something happening during the pregnancy. To keep the news from Ben, she must also keep the secret from her own family. Kaylee finds herself in San Diego just three days after being left at the altar. Her new job is interestingly with a company that works with kids in a very similar capacity to what she and Ben had envisioned doing after his retirement. And her new co-programming director and temporary roommate happens to be the newly-retired celebrity hottie and former Dodger, baseball’s Cooper Noah. The thirty-one-year-old also happens to be nursing a broken heart, so he and Kaylee have much in common. They get along exceedingly well, and he becomes her new confidante. There might be a little attraction there, too. Ben spends the few weeks before training camp begins mostly pouting and avoiding reality. He allowed himself to get swallowed up in something, and yet he can hardly be bothered to address it. Gramma is a great sounding board, and he appears to finally be stepping up when he heads back to Vegas. You might think he is returning to take care of business, but instead he keeps coming to the same conclusions only to find more excuses. The couple faces heartbreak as they try to move on. They have their struggles, but they eventually find a happy ending. Don’t forget to download the free bonus epilogue via the link at the back of the book. It hints at the next book in the Vegas Aces world. Okay. First, I really enjoyed Ben and Kaylee. I enjoyed the first three books in this series, but just as in book four, I found myself very disappointed in Ben here. His character really dropped in my eyes. Kaylee even bothered me here. I am not one to verbally scold characters, but it was a rather frequent thing I found myself doing in both books four and five. I wanted to know why Ben never picked up the phone and involved his attorney or his publicist or the Aces owner when trouble came his way. He just sat on it. It was not the first time he faced difficulty because of his celebrity status, and he his actions made no sense to me. He also had a rather large group to lean on for support, yet he again chose not to. And the whole ‘not good enough’ mantra kept playing on repeat even when he had supposedly learned and moved on. Every time he decided to try and get his life back, he did not. It felt contrived rather than true to Ben’s character. He could have married Kaylee as planned, or at the very least delay and fill her in on why. His answering Tatum’s call before the wedding was also odd. I did not like him here. Nevertheless, I was thrilled to see them get their happy ending. This is the third series in this franchise, and even in books one through three, the format seemed to be getting a bit stale. The many cliffhangers that a five-part series calls for tend to get a too dramatic and feel too similar as the franchise branches out with new couples. In this series they weren’t that creative. It felt as if the Vegas Aces franchise might be coming to a natural conclusion with the three Dalton children married off. Prior to Ben and Kaylee’s story coming out, I had hoped to see Tristan divorced from Luke and Jack’s wicked ex and for him to find an HEA. I have since changed my mind for the reasons noted above. As it turns out, there will indeed be a fourth series in this franchise, for better or for worse. Watch for season four of the Vegas Aces franchise. Rookie Tristan Higgins, twenty-four, gets his HEA next. He is trying to divorce Savannah, who is not making things easy for him. It looks like he will be heading home for the off-season – back to rural Iowa where he lost his chance with the girl next door. Book one, Rookie Mistake, is coming soon. Expect to see Ben to throw a rager for Tristan to celebrate his divorce when it goes through, something that is sure to lead to one of those wicked cliffhangers. The Dalton family saga comes to a teary conclusion. This is a sad chapter in Ben and Kaylee’s story. Their romance is stamped out entirely when Ben leaves Kaylee at the altar. They both struggle as they try to move on, but there is a serious conversation they need to have sooner or later – Kaylee cannot hide her condition indefinitely. She always wanted children but never pictured being a single mom, and for his part, Ben never pictured being a dad. His character is rather weak and inconsistent here. It is not a recipe for a happy ending, but in the end they pull through. The plot is somewhat complex. The characters are a bit all over the place here, Ben in particular. It does occasionally feel a little repetitive or wishy-washy. The story is written in first person. The POV alternates between Ben and Kaylee. I rate this book four stars. I received an advance copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ben is in a Tighter spot as Kaylee has no clue his actions were protecting her. Should he have manned up and just told her, maybe, but we all know men are a little slower at their actions. I will say what he discovered may not have occurred though if he told her right away. It's an opinion as you read the story. I love how jealous he felt when she was out of town cause he should know that pictures and hashtags can be deceiving. This was a great way to end the story and you get a double whamming with their relationship. All I am saying is to avoid spoilers. I highly recommend this series or any series by this author.

It’s been her since the moment I first allowed myself a tiny touch, and every moment we shared since then has only confirmed it.” I feel like Kaylee finally came into her own. She became more independent and was able to distance herself from both Ben and her family. This allowed her to grow and realize what she needed in order to truly make her happy. “I’ve grown, and I’ve learned, and I think I even want the sort of future she wants even though I know I’ll never be good enough for her.” Ben had his own epiphanies while living without Kaylee. He had to face his feelings and make a choice about what was important to him. “She’s giving me everything I never knew I wanted. Everything I was too damn scared to want.” I’ll admit that I was a bit frustrated with both Kaylee and Ben at times. I just wanted them to talk to each other and be open and honest about their feelings and what was going on in their lives, but I think they both needed the time apart to realize how strong their bond was. All in all, this was a heartfelt, emotional and beautiful conclusion to Kaylee and Ben’s story. The epilogue was absolutely swoonworthy! I can’t wait for the next story in the Vegas Aces series plus I would love to read a certain baseball player’s story.

Tight End (Vegas Aces: The Tight End #5) by Lisa Suzanne is part five of a contemporary sports romance serial and the conclusion of the story. This book picks up where the previous one ended: It’s Ben and Kaylee’s wedding day, but he took off after receiving a phone call from Tatum. He didn’t tell anyone where he was going, and he’s not answering his phone. Kaylee is trying to remain hopeful, thinking there must be a reasonable explanation for why Ben left her at the altar—something must have happened—and when he comes back, everything will be okay and they’ll get married as planned. But when Ben returns, he breaks up with her. Determined to move on, Kaylee relocates to San Diego after accepting a job offer, and she finally sees a doctor about her symptoms. Ben attempts to free himself of Tatum and her blackmail schemes once and for all, and decides to win Kaylee back. Can Kaylee forgive Ben for leaving her at the altar? Will Ben ever truly be free of Tatum? And what’s been happening with Kaylee’s health? Is it too late for Ben and Kaylee to reconcile? I loved the fifth and final installment of Ben and Kaylee’s story! There are still some twists and turns in this book, but all the questions set up in the previous ones are finally answered, and all loose ends are tied up as Kaylee and Ben reach their hard-fought and long-awaited happy ending. This is such a fun series, and the ending did not disappoint! I’m looking forward to Tristan’s story in the next season of the Vegas Aces. *** I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC. ***

Tight End is the fifth and final book in Lisa Suzanne's incredibly addictive Vegas Aces: The Tight End series and we finally find out if there is a happily ever after in store for Ben and Kaylee. Throughout this series we've seen Ben and Kaylee struggling to decipher what's real and what's for the benefit of their fake relationship arrangement, then their relationship turning into something incredible neither of them saw coming. But with any relationship there is obstacles to overcome; a jealous ex, different ideas of what they want for their futures and family expectations. But no matter what has been thrown at them in the previous books in this series they've been able to overcome it. But with how Tight Laced ended and the reasoning behind it all explained in Tight End, is there any way that Ben and Kaylee can ever have a future together? And when even more obstacles/surprises are sent their way, can they tackle them together or will the things that happened in the past be too hard to forget and overcome? Read Tight End now to find out! I absolutely LOVED Tight End and the whole series. It's the same with every book of Lisa's, I cannot put them down and I'm left thinking about them long after I'm finished! This series is incredible Lisa Suzanne should be very proud of herself and even though I'm a little sad this is the end of Ben and Kaylee's books I'm excited to see what Lisa does next! We're not sure where the story is going to go and I'm really happy that it works out the way it does. I mean, it obviously sucks, but I think it really does help both Ben and Kaylee get to a better starting point for their future. They both go through changes in this time and I definitely think once their HEA comes, they're both more ready for it. I love that Ben comes to these conclusions about his love for Kaylee and what he sees in his future on his own, not just for his sake, but because that way Kaylee knows that he's not just doing these things or saying these things for her, he truly wants this life with her. I just love them so much and watching them go through all the drama is worth it once we see them happy in the end. If you haven't read any of these books yet, I suggest bingeing them all at once. Once you start, you definitely will not want to stop.

When deep down he knew he had people who loved him and would see him through anything and stand by his side, especially Kaylee. But men being men !! Right? He got it all wrong and now has to find a way to fix "IT" As expected this author will test your heart and your emotions to the limit, I am not ashamed to admit to my ugly crying !!!!!!! But this is why i have loved this series and this book. My heart and emotions were all in with this couple, and I felt every laugh and giggle. I winced and every crack to my heart, and endured every and all the smiles, laughs and tears, with their beautiful story of Love, Family, and Hope !! The important things in life that we all want to embrace us !

Rating: 4.5 Stars It was hard to believe that this is the end of The Tight End series. The beginning was painful to read. Your heart will hurt because of Kaylee’s emotions that fly off the pages. Ben’s current situation made for perfect soap opera drama. But then I came across a twist that made me wonder if it would be better as a nighttime series. Another reason that I found it hard to believe was because the author made it very hard to like Ben in this one – couldn't even feel sorry for him. Another reason that I found it hard to believe was because the author made it very hard to like Ben in this one – couldn't even feel sorry for him. She took a big chance on doing that but it paid off in the end. I had no choice but to keep turning the page especially since I became very invested in our couple. By the time you get to this book, you have to realize all the stories build on what came before. All the characters are important even though some of them are no more than a supporting cast. It was nice to see Ben get his lightbulb moment and realize he has what he never knew he wanted. I almost marked this down because of how Ben had me feeling but the author’s creativity won out and I got the ending that I was hoping for. The author also created a couple characters that had me wondering if I was looking at the beginning of their story – only time will tell. I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

I felt the anxiety and desperation coming in waves off them both as well as jealousy, fear and heartbreak mixed with a resignation and cloud of depression. Tight End hits all the feels where most of the other books in this series were more hopeful and lighthearted despite all the craziness attacking these two at all angles. While this book is heavier it still does have those moments of humor woven in that make Ben and Kaylee exactly who they are. There is a surprise to the story that while I had an inkling it was coming- as Lisa dropped some hints for a while now- she still managed to make that surprise a little shocking. And I cannot love Ben's grand gesture moment for winning Kaylee back any more than I do. It was so perfect for them. Tight End is the completion of the Vegas Aces: Tight End Series by Lisa Suzanne. This book, like the rest, takes you on an emotional roller coaster of Biblical proportions. We finally find out where Ben went, why he doesn’t answer his phone and what Kaylee does in response to her broken heart. Hold onto to your books and ireaders though, because you are going to want to throw them multiple times throughout this book. As is typical in Lisa’s books, just when you think you know where things are goi Tight End is the completion of the Vegas Aces: Tight End Series by Lisa Suzanne. As is typical in Lisa’s books, just when you think you know where things are going, another twist comes in and you are left dumbfounded as to what happens next. In this final book to Ben and Kaylee’s story, we not only see growth in Ben, but Kaylee as well and we find out that when you truly are meant for someone, once you set them free, they find their way back to you. Have a box of tissue handy as you read, because you are going to need them. Oh – I highly suggest not having liquid in your mouth as you read, unless you want to spray your book. This is another 5-star read in her Vegas Aces series and I cannot wait to see where she takes us next!

I have been DYING for the conclusion of Ben and Kaylee’s story and this did not disappoint! Ben and Kaylee’s emotional rollercoaster continues with the final book in their series. Everything is up in the air when it comes to Ben and Kaylee’s relationship, but there is still so much love and chemistry between the two of them. However, Ben also has a lot of making up to do. I love Ben. I love that he doesn’t go down without a fight. He does whatever he can to win back Kaylee and the way he does is I have been DYING for the conclusion of Ben and Kaylee’s story and this did not disappoint! He has been through a lot, though some not his fault and he truly deserves to be happy. Along, with Kaylee. She deserves to be happy and she knows that is with Ben and what they have together. I am crossing my fingers that Cooper gets a story in the future because I LOVE him! But, I am excited for the next Aces player! If you’re looking for a brothers best friend, age gap, sports romance this is one to read!

OH MY GOD!!! The last installment is here! I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! It deserved that and so much more. The drama, the love, the steaminess! This series has it all. I could not put this down once I started it. This installment is a rollercoaster and picks up right where Tight Laced left off with Ben not present at the wedding. The amount of stress I felt when realizing that was not just a nightmare! I loved this entire series and getting to watch Ben and Kaylee's story unfold. OH MY GOD!!! The last installment is here! I loved this entire series and getting to watch Ben and Kaylee's story unfold. Ben definitely matured so much from his few moments in Jack's series; it was nice to see him fall in love with someone who gets him. I love that Kaylee finally found her person that loves her and pushes her to follow her dream, even if he is aa football player like her brothers XD. Lisa Suzanne has done it again with another amazing series added to the Vegas Aces! I cannot wait to see what's next and watch Tristen's story unfold.
