| Ichabod Crane was a school-teacher in an old New England town. Ichabod fell in love with Katrina Van Tassel, the daughter of a wealthy man. Katrina was interested in another man, Brom Van Brunt. Ichabod left the party very disturbed and runs into the Headless Horseman on his way home and was never heard of again.
