The Inter-Planetary Corporation's space liner, "IPV Arcturus", takes a flight on the standard route from Earth to Mars. But, this time, the voyage is very long. The space liner is partially destroyed by aliens who live on Jupiter and it is taken to their home.
When Dr. Percival Stevens notices that the position of the liner is not as it should be, he goes on a mission to find o what has really happened and save the honor of the pilots of Arcturus. On the voyage with Steve comes Nadia Newton, a beautiful young woman. They discover that before reaching Mars, Arcturus was attacked by another spaceship and it was cut into pieces. They see the aliens still cutting down the liner and towing the pieces in order to take the pieces with them on Jupiter. In order not to be seen, Steve and Nadia hide in a large piece of the liner and try to repair the equipment, as much as possible. As the aliens’ ship closes to Jupiter, Steve succeeds to separate the piece they are in and manages to land on Ganymede, a moon of Jupiter.
Will Steve and Nadia survive? Will they land on Jupiter? Are they going back home?
